Registration

• Click "Indoor Registration' in the left navigation.
• Click on "Team Registration" at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your Team and your Team Representative Information.
• Enter your Player Information.  Please include a valid email address for each team member.  Having this information allows FVC to communicate with all of its members about important events and policies.
• You may choose to make a tax-deductible donation to the Fairfax Volleyball Club.  Funds raised through donations are used for charity activities as listed on the FVC website.  As a donor, your name will be listed on the FVC website and mentioned in an upcoming newsletter. 
• Check the box under "Important Policy Information."
• Click "Submit Registration Information."
• Submit payment.  Visa and Mastercard only are accepted.
• Print out a copy of your registration receipt.
• The registration receipt will also show a username and password that you may use in the future to access our time-saving "Team Management" system.  Once you register your team for the Fall, we will store your team's registration information and when it is time to register your team for the next session, using the "Team Management" system, your team information will be automatically generated and all you'll have to do is update your roster (if necessary) and submit payment.  No more entering your team information every time you register!  (If you utilized the "Team Management" system during the 2009-2010 season, your old username and password is no longer valid.  You will need to re-enter your team's information for the Fall in order to receive a new username and password for the 2010-2011 season.)
• Your team is invited to join us for one, two or all three of the "Open Gym" nights September 7-9 and September 16 at the Virginia Volleyball Center!  Have fun and get some team practice in -- plus find new team members!  Each member of your team may click here to register for “Open Gym.”
• Your team is also invited to join us September 13-15 for skills clinics conducted by USA National Team Coach Bill Hamiter and members of the George Mason University volleyball program!  Each member of your team may click here to register for one, two or all three nights!  (The third night is devoted to team skills development.)  Each clinic is only $10. 

Other notes about registering a team:

• The cost to register a team is $390.
• Teams signing up for Coed or Reverse Coed divisions must have at least three men and at least three women on the roster in order to register.
• If you register a team to play on Tuesdays and Thursdays in "Fairfax West" (matches will be played at the Virginia Volleyball Center or Dulles Sportsplex in Sterling, Virginia), you will be issued a $90 refund after the first night of league play in accordance with FVC's refund policy.
• "Fairfax" teams (teams that will play in Fairfax County schools) will be assessed a $30 fee for each non-Fairfax County resident on the roster.
• There is no out-of-county fee for players in "Fairfax West."
• Schedules will be emailed to team reps and division reps at least one week prior to play beginning, and schedules will also be posted on the FVC website.

Registering as an individual player (someone looking to join a team): 

• There is no fee to register as an individual.
• Click "Indoor Registration" in the left navigation. 
• Click on "Individual Player Registration" at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your complete contact information and indicate which divisions/levels you are interested in playing.
• Be sure to join us for one, two or all three of the "Open Gym" nights September 7-9 at the Virginia Volleyball Center!  Our league administrator will be on hand to help put new teams together and help connect players with teams that are looking for additional people.  Click here to register for "Open Gym."
• For FVC members only:  skills clinics conducted by USA National Team Coach Bill Hamiter and members of the George Mason University volleyball program!  Click here to register for one, two or all three clinics!  Each clinic is only $10.

Note:  if you had registered as an individual player prior to August 1, 2010, your information has been cleared and you will need to register again as an individual player.  We apologize for any inconvenience, however, this is due to our database being cleared for the start of FVC's new "year" (August 1 - July 31 each year).

• Click on the "Outdoor Registration" link in the left navigation and then click on the registration link on the page.  Select the tournament you wish to participate in and complete the player/team registration information.
• Payment must be made online by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only) at the end of the registration process.
